Leybold DRYVAC DV 650 – the benchmark in the 650 class

The DRYVAC DV 650 is the model with the most variants in the series. It delivers 650 m³/h, reaches < 5 × 10⁻³ mbar and, with a rated power of 15 kW, draws only 6.6 kW at ultimate pressure. Three inlet connections (DN 100 ISO-K) and the low overall height (1280 × 570 × 420 mm, around 590 kg) make integration easier; the exhaust is DN 63 ISO-K. Noise level with silencer 67 dB(A), water vapour tolerance 60 mbar, water vapour capacity 25 kg/h.

The versions at a glance

• DV 650 (industrial, LEYBONOL LVO 210): frequency converter on the pump, double or triple purge gas, air gas ballast – according to Leybold suited to short cycles, load locks and the evacuation of large chambers, also at pressures above 100 mbar
• DV 650 S: single purge gas and cooling water unit (water distribution, pressure reducer, safety valve)
• DV 650 C: triple purge gas and cooling water unit, mostly with PFPE lubricant LEYBONOL LVO 410 – for high oxygen concentrations, corrosive gases and harsh PECVD processes
• DV 650-r / C-r: frequency converter external in the control cabinet; the 200 V versions are always supplied this way
• Energy Saver: according to Leybold, reduces power consumption at inlet pressures below 5 mbar by up to 50 %
