TRIVAC D 25 B – two-stage rotary vane pump with 25.7 m³/h

The Leybold TRIVAC D 25 B pumps 25.7 m³/h at 50 Hz and 30.8 m³/h at 60 Hz (nominal pumping speed 29.5 m³/h) and reaches ≤ 2 × 10⁻³ mbar without gas ballast. It uses the same DN 25 ISO-KF connections and the same accessories as the TRIVAC D 16 B. According to Leybold, typical fields of application of the TRIVAC B series are metallurgy and furnaces, refrigeration and air conditioning, freeze-drying systems, sterilisation, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, and fore vacuum for high vacuum pump systems.

Design and function

Integrated cooling with a cooling channel and motor-driven fan, a pressure-independent oil pump for continuous operation up to an inlet pressure of 1000 mbar and an oil-pressure-controlled anti-suckback valve correspond to the proven design of the TRIVAC B. Water vapour tolerance 25 mbar, water vapour capacity 480 g/h (50 Hz) / 570 g/h (60 Hz), oil filling 0.6 / 1.4 l, noise level 54 / 56 dB(A) (without / with gas ballast). The TRIVAC D 25 B-DOT with EPDM seals works with brake fluid (DOT 4) and, apart from the seals and the operating fluid, is identical to the TRIVAC D 25 B.

Variants of the TRIVAC D 25 B

The TRIVAC D 25 B is available from Ehrler & Beck in four variants (part numbers 11276, 11335, 15130025V01CZO, 1127618). The rated motor power ranges from 0.75 to 0.9 kW (50 Hz), the weight from 32.3 to 47 kg.
