Elmo Rietschle 2BV2 060 – liquid ring vacuum pump of the L-BV2 series
The 2BV2 060 is a liquid ring vacuum pump of the L-BV2 series from Elmo Rietschle: monobloc design, housing in grey cast iron or stainless steel, built-in cavitation protection. It draws in gases and humid vapours down to an inlet pressure of 33 mbar abs. (97 % vacuum) and, according to the data sheet, works without cavitation down to 80 mbar abs.; for lower inlet pressures the integrated cavitation protection is connected. Motor power 0.88 kW at 50 Hz.
Versions and motors
Listed are 5 order numbers from the data sheet in the standard material version (housing grey cast iron (ceramic-coated inside), port plate ceramic, impeller bronze) with IE3 three-phase motors for various voltage ranges. Voltage, current, power, sound pressure level and weight are given with each version. Gas jet and ATEX versions have their own data sheets and are available on request.
