DT / KDT / DTLF / X SERIES (BECKER)

The simple design with only one shaft and direct drive leads to robust, durable compressors with low maintenance and operating costs. The compressors work completely oil-free, the individual working chambers are separated by slides with a long service life.

Suction filter and control valve are integrated in the compressors, additional accessories can be added without any problems. The blown air cooler, which is also integrated, guarantees a very low blown air temperature. The compact cover enables low noise emissions and low heat emissions. With optional corrosion protection, the vacuum pumps can also be used for the extraction of moist air.

Series X

Equipped with specially developed vanes, the dry-running rotary vane pumps are characterized by maximum abrasion resistance and therefore extremely long service lives. Since there is virtually no dust formation without abrasion, the devices of the X series are perfectly suited for precision processes under clean room conditions.

VARIAIR

Der integrierte Frequenzumformer der VARIAIR UNIT steigert die Leistungsdaten der Drehschieberverdichter erheblich. Die Verdichter werden so exakt an den Kundenbedarf angepasst. Der Energiebedarf wird optimiert und ein konstanter Druck auch bei unterschiedlicher oder stark schwankender Abnahme garantiert. Unnötige Abblasegeräusche sowie zusätzliche Schallemmission für nicht benötigte Blasluft entfallen. Das „sanfte” Anfahren der Verdichter verringert die Belastung der mechanischen Bauteile und verlängert die Lebensdauer. Der variable Leistungsbereich minimiert die Typenvielfalt und bietet so auch logistische Vorteile.
