Limited weight and dimensions are possible thanks to the monobloc industrial design, where the rotor is mounted directly on the motor shaft. Constructed primarily of light alloy. The cooling of the pumps is ensured by the motor fan.
The oil-free rotary vane vacuum pumps SC 100 and SC 140 from DVP have a powerful fan installed between the pump housing and motor, which ensures optimal cooling, and a robust and compact housing protection, which keeps the noise level extremely low. The heavy-duty graphite vanes and low internal operating temperature ensure tough and long-lasting vanes.
