RADIAL VACUUM PUMPS
Large selection of single-stage centrifugal vacuum pumps. Single stage blowers come in many different sizes, so they can be used in many industrial processes where high flow rates at low differential pressures are required. Single-stage centrifugal vacuum pumps can be installed in any position - left / right / vertical / horizontal - to achieve maximum flexibility where space is critical (eg in centrally located air cabinets). Most series are maintenance-free.

operating principle
Air is forced through the inlet opening (A) retracted when the impeller (E) the air in the blade channels (f) pulls centrifugally outwards and at the edge of the impeller (C) exit. The air flowing in through the intake port, upon entering the vane passages (f) is diverted from an axial to a radial direction, after which it flows outwards into the volute casing (D). In this process, the velocity of the air before it exits through the outlet (B) occurs, decelerates and converts part of the velocity energy into pressure energy. The pump runs through this process vibration free with low noise development. Pump housing and impellers are off solid cast light metal manufactured.
