Ehrler and Beck represents DRYVAC dry-running screw vacuum pumps from Leybold. DRIVAC screw pumps offer high suction speeds down to the lowest vacuum pressure levels required in industrial processes.
The DRYVAC series works completely oil-free and thus minimizes the risk of contamination. All DRYVAC variants are water-cooled, very compact and easy to combine into systems, especially with the proven Roots pumps of the RUVAC series.

Easy connectivity and networking
Fieldbus and PLC compatibility allow connectivity with other devices on a network for real-time communication and control. Direct control is also possible via a computer or handheld device. Support for various fieldbus protocols ensures maximum flexibility. Protocol support for Profibus, Ethernet/IP, ProfiNet and EtherCAT as an option.
Intelligent energy consumption
High energy efficiency is achieved with exceptionally low continuous power consumption. The Dryvac series' self-regulating feature ensures that the pumps only use the energy they actually need, saving costs and reducing the carbon footprint. Leybold DRYVAC are more cost-effective and environmentally friendly than comparable models that work in the low-pressure range.
Smart service concept
Leybold offers an integrated frequency converter and three independent sensors for continuous performance monitoring. Should abnormal conditions such as overheating be detected, DRYVAC pumps can communicate these quickly and efficiently over the fieldbus. DRYVAC vacuum pumps are delivered with preset parameters that allow plug-and-play operation without additional installation.
