The simple design with only one shaft and direct drive leads to robust, long-lasting vacuum pumps with low maintenance and operating costs. The vacuum pumps work completely oil-free, the individual working chambers are separated by slides with a long service life.
Suction filters and control valves are integrated in the vacuum pumps, further accessories can be added without any problems. The compact cover hood guarantees low noise emissions and low heat emissions. With optional corrosion protection, the vacuum pumps can also be used for the extraction of moist air.

Equipped with specially developed vanes, the dry-running rotary vane pumps are characterized by maximum abrasion resistance and therefore extremely long service lives. Since there is virtually no dust formation without abrasion, the devices of the X series are perfectly suited for precision processes under clean room conditions
The integrated frequency converter of the VARIAIR UNIT increases the performance data of the rotary vane vacuum pumps considerably. The vacuum pumps are thus precisely adapted to customer requirements. The energy requirement is optimized and a constant vacuum is guaranteed even with different or strongly fluctuating consumption. Unnecessary intake noise for unneeded suction air is eliminated. No additional dirt from the environment can get into the vacuum pumps. The "soft" start-up of the vacuum pumps reduces the stress on the mechanical components and extends their service life. The variable performance range minimizes the variety of types and thus also offers logistical advantages.
