U SERIES Vacuum Pumps (BECKER)

The standard circulating oil lubrication with integrated oil cooler and the cover hood also minimize noise emissions. The oil suction controlled by a float valve also enables the vacuum pumps to be used in rough vacuum operation. The service life of the oil, even under difficult environmental conditions, is significantly extended by an optional water cooling system.

Optional gas ballast valves prevent the formation of an oil-water emulsion (condensing vapours) and thus prevent a deterioration in pump efficiency or pump failure. The valve allows a metered amount of fresh air (the gas ballast) to enter the compression chamber of the pump. Condensation is suppressed by mixing saturated intake air and unsaturated fresh air.

The simple design with only one shaft and direct drive leads to robust, long-lasting vacuum pumps with low maintenance and operating costs. The sealing of the slides is done by the metered and entrained oil. Non-return valve and efficient oil separation are integrated in the vacuum pump, additional accessories can be added without any problems.
