SECO PRINT DC SERIES (BUSH)

Seco DC combined rotary vane vacuum pumps/compressors have been specially developed for handling paper in printing presses and in print finishing. They reliably supply negative pressure to hold, move or transport paper. The blown air generated at the same time helps to separate individual sheets from the paper stack.

Seco DC are characterized by absolutely oil-free vacuum and blast air generation, high availability and operational reliability. This is made possible by the heavy-duty and self-lubricating rotor vanes made of special graphite, the robust construction and bearings lubricated for life. Thanks to their compact design, they can be easily attached or installed anywhere.

TECHNICAL DESIGN

Seco DC combined rotary vane vacuum pumps/compressors work according to the proven rotary vane principle. Due to the self-lubricating rotor vanes, no consumables are required. Compaction is completely dry. Filter elements integrated as standard protect the pump from contamination. Regulating valves for vacuum and blowing air are fitted as standard so that the pump can be easily adjusted to the requirements of the printing or finishing process. A powerful fan ensures good heat dissipation on the motor and pump body.
