The LRP VSD+ is a liquid ring vacuum pump that offers best-in-class performance and connectivity. State-of-the-art vacuum technology under the IP54 wet/dry hood offers optimal energy efficiency with low operating and maintenance costs. The LRP VSD+ offers one of the smallest footprints among pumps in its class and is housed in a single, compact housing. The modern concept makes optimal use of the space under the hood by optimizing accessories that would otherwise require additional space, more piping and their own installation. The LRP VSD+ is based on Hick Hargreaves' proven design. The impeller, end plates, liquid tank and heat exchanger are made of stainless steel. This makes this pump extremely resistant to corrosion and aggressive process gases. The LRP 700-1000 VSD+ is ideal for demanding applications in wet and humid environments with liquid and solid contaminants.

Intelligent, distinctive design
The LRP VSD+ series pumps are slim and ergonomic. Your control, inlet, outlet and main cable connections are on the top. They are true plug and play liquid ring vacuum pumps.
Two drives with variable speed control
The LRP 700-1000 VSD+ has not just one drive with variable speed control, but two. The first is to maintain and adjust the required vacuum levels through vacuum setpoint control. The second controls the water circulation pump. You benefit from an optimized water flow and stable vacuum values.
Automatic Seizure Prevention algorithm
The Automatic Seizure Prevention algorithm protects the LRP-VSD+ vacuum pump. It prevents the pump element from getting stuck after a long period of inactivity. The result: maximum service life and reduced maintenance requirements.
Energy efficient and robust
The most energy efficient solution for high steam load applications. You don't have to worry about if or when the pump will run out of water - total recovery mode increases performance and energy savings and reduces water costs.
Intelligent monitoring and remote control
Monitor and control multiple LRP-VSD+ vacuum pumps simultaneously with Atlas Copco's ES control systems. In addition, the MKV-Elektronikon® controller, which is included as standard with the LRP VSD+ series pumps, provides you with information on the operating status of the pump, setpoint control and all pump data.
Easy maintenance
Only an absolute minimum of time is required to maintain the LRP VSD+. Horizontal serviceability, mechanical seals, flange assembly with automatic motor alignment, a detachable heat exchanger and a convenient access port allow for easy cleaning and maintenance.
