Combined Pressure Vacuum Pump Technologies
Pressure/Vacuum pumps (combined pumps) where designed to produce both vacuum and pressure with only one rotor /impeller. ROTARY VANE PRESSURE VACUUM PUMPS
The design with only one shaft and direct drive allow for robust and long-lasting pressure-vacuum pumps, suitable for various application. These rotary vane combined pressure vacuum pumps operate completely oil-free. These types of pumps usually offer low start-up cost. They can easily be maintained at recommended intervals with replacement of the long-life vanes and/or filter elements, no servicing is required.
SIDE CHANNEL PRESSURE VACUUM PUMPS
Using “multi-stage” compression, side channel combined pumps produce low-pulsation suction and blast air. Separation of the compression chambers on both sides of the impeller provides the capability of operating with a combination of suction and pressure with only one impeller. These pumps are suitable for various application across the industries. Pumps produce low vibration levels and low noise pollution.
CLAW PRESSURE VACUUM PUMPS
Dry and contact-free operation with the combined pressure vacuum claw pumps reduces operating costs to a minimum. Most models offer integrated circulation of cooling air. They can achieve high efficiency over the entire pressure range. No lubrication and wearing part replacements are necessary in the compression chamber. Claw combined pumps produce low noise and are extremely reliable.
